Had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a private safe in my very specious and spotless room. City view was a bonus. The location was perfect and marvellous, at walking distance from Nipponbashi.

Air conditioning system could use serious upgrades for comfort, and the layout of the bathroom should have prioritized separate toilet compartments for better privacy!!! A table for luggage and storage space would make a huge difference!!!

The staff here really stood out for their willingness to help. They went the extra mile to combine our beds and even assisted with our luggage transfer.

We experienced some noise from the street at night , made it hard to sleep.

Nice Stay with Really good Service!

Our family enjoyed a fantastic 4-night stay! The front desk staff, especially Terry, went out of his way to help us when we needed directions and transportation. The breakfast could use improvement, but our clean family room was great. Don't miss the cozy lounge for a relaxing evening!

I stayed in a Family Room for 3 nights. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Namba station. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The lounge on the 6th floor was a nice spot to relax. Great facilities overall 😊
